As a Client Success Specialist, you will help fast-growing tech companies join our digital systems smoothly.## Your Responsibilities & TasksIn this role, you will act as a premier growth strategist, leveraging digital advertising tools to optimize brand performance and drive scalable corporate success.* Managing Portfolios: Lead the setup of new accounts from start to finish, building smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) ad plans made specifically for different types of industries.* Consulting & Advice: Study what each client needs, then use custom digital tools to help them reach their major performance goals.* Running Ads: Launch and manage powerful ad campaigns meant to help brands enter new markets quickly and grow steadily over time.* Growing Revenue: Increase incoming revenue by finding new ways for clients to expand, using data to prove their investment is making a profit.* Keeping Clients: Prevent clients from leaving by becoming an essential partner they can't live without as they grow their digital business.* Organization: Keep very careful notes in our computer system to ensure all account details are recorded with perfect accuracy.## What We Are Looking ForWe want an analytical, business-minded professional who can leverage cutting-edge tools to optimize brand performance across German-speaking sectors.### Minimum Requirements:* Language Skills: Perfect written and spoken German and English. This is required for difficult business talks and working easily with teams in different countries.* Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
