Main Responsibilities Property Listings for Rentals • Identify and secure exclusive luxury properties for rent in Marbella’s most desirable areas., • Negotiate mediation agreements with property owners., • Collect and verify all necessary property documentation for rental listings. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing ongoing advisory and proactive communication., • Deliver a personalized, high-end experience for both landlords and tenants, addressing their needs with professionalism and discretion. End-to-End Rental Cycle Management • Guide tenants through the rental process from initial inquiry to post-completion, ensuring a seamless luxury service experience., • Offer creative and effective solutions to overcome challenges and successfully close rental deals. Marketing and Promotion • Work closely with the marketing team to promote properties using high-quality visual and written content, maximizing visibility and occupancy., • Conduct property visits with prospective tenants, highlighting each property’s premium features and lifestyle appeal. CRM and Database Management • Keep the CRM updated with client requirements, market trends, and activity., • Maintain a personal client database aligned with company standards, tracking occupancy rates, feedback, and property performance. Requirements • Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury rentals and the Marbella / Costa del Sol market., • Strong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes related to rentals., • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus given the international clientele)., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-service mindset., • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment., • Proactive, well-organized, flexible with working hours, and a true “can-do” attitude.
