Company Description The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation – Delegació a Catalunya is a non-profit organization based in Barcelona. Its mission is to support projects in the fields of Arts & Culture and Human Rights/Welfare. The Foundation’s work focuses on Spanish partner organizations and on managing a well-defined portfolio of existing projects. Role Description We are looking for a Program Manager to support the administrative management of our Spanish project portfolio. The role is based in our Barcelona office, with the possibility of remote work when appropriate, and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and long-term project partners. Key Responsibilities • Grant cycle administration: Manage the full administrative lifecycle of grants, from application submission and contracting to reporting and payment processing., • Administrative due diligence: Review applications and project partners for completeness, compliance, financial documentation, and adherence to internal policies and guidelines., • Documentation & reporting: Maintain accurate grant and project records, manage databases, and prepare internal summaries and reporting materials., • Partner relations: Act as the primary administrative point of contact for Spanish project partners, providing guidance on documentation, deadlines, and procedural requirements., • Monitoring & compliance: Track reporting timelines, verify supporting documentation, and ensure all administrative obligations are fulfilled., • Portfolio support: Work closely with the Board Member responsible for the Spanish portfolio, supporting project reviews and financial assessments., • Internal coordination: Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to ensure alignment across internal processes., • Reporting line: Report directly to the Head of Philanthropy (Zug-based). Qualifications • Completed commercial training or a university degree, or an equivalent qualification gained through substantial relevant professional experience., • Several years of experience in administrative grant management, project administration, or within the non-profit sector., • Strong organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in administrative processes., • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with databases or grant management systems is an advantage., • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus., • Profile: Structured, reliable, and team-oriented, with a strong appreciation for process-driven work and motivation to contribute to a mission-driven, international environment.
