Brand Manager's Assistant


We are looking for a proactive and organized Brand Manager to join our team and support the growth of our brands across international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Head of Sales on all ongoing tasks, projects, and market developments.
  • Take full responsibility for the portfolio of markets assigned to you.
  • Manage relationships with distributors and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.
  • Coordinate new launches, promotional activities, and brand development within your markets.
  • Monitor sales performance and follow up on forecasts, orders, and stock levels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of all commercial and marketing activities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to develop each market.
  • Ensure distributors comply with the brand's commercial and marketing guidelines.
  • Travel to assigned markets when required for business meetings, distributor visits, trade shows, and brand events.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide market feedback to the Head of Sales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel when required.
