The Role of Door Attendant: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Door Attendant to join our team. The Door Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Door Attendant is stationed at the door stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. Also the Door Attendant loads and unloads all guest luggage from vehicles and assists guests with general inquiries about the hotel and the local area. Los viajes son principalmente con grupos de personas mayores, con salidas desde Madrid y destinos dentro de España. Funciones principales: Acompañar y asistir al grupo durante todo el recorrido. Coordinar con restaurantes, alojamientos y guías locales. Resolver incidencias y garantizar el bienestar del grupo. Informar y dinamizar al grupo durante el viaje. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
