ph3Senior Principal Consultant | Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, AI, Robotics and Machine Learning /h3 pAre you passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI? Join our client and help design, train, and optimize cutting‑edge deep learning models, including LLMs and computer vision architectures. /p pIn this role, you will apply advanced model compression techniques such as pruning, distillation, quantization, and low‑rank factorization to make large‑scale AI models faster, smaller, and more efficient. These are fixed‑term contracts, initially until June 2026. You will be required onsite in Zaragoza 3 days per week and will receive a base salary, plus bonus and retention bonus (and relocation assistance if required). /p pbWhat you’ll do: /b /p ul liLead end‑to‑end model training, from dataset design to architecture and evaluation /li liApply state‑of‑the‑art model compression strategies across GPU, CPU, and edge devices /li liFine‑tune and adapt LLMs for domain‑specific tasks /li liBuild scalable, reproducible ML pipelines and optimize models for deployment /li liConduct experiments, ablations, and error analysis to improve model performance /li /ul pbWhat we’re looking for: /b /p ul liMaster’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or related field /li li3+ years hands‑on experience training deep learning models from scratch /li liProficiency with Python, PyTorch, and modern ML stacks (HuggingFace Transformers, Lightning, DeepSpeed, Accelerate, or NeMo) /li liExperience with CV or LLM model development and large‑scale distributed training /li liWork on pioneering AI and quantum technologies /li liShape the future of LLMs and computer vision models /li liCollaborate with a highly skilled, cross‑functional team /li liHybrid work model with flexibility across Barcelona, Madrid, or Zaragoza /li /ul pIn accordance with local employment laws, applicants must have current, valid authorisation to work in Spain at the time of application.
