About the Role We are looking for an Operations & Events Manager to join a Global Association of Senior Executives. This role combines operations, administration, and relationship management, working closely with around 80 senior leaders. The position requires a hands-on, organised, and people-oriented profile who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong relationships with members. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration • Coordinate with all areas of the organization to ensure smooth operations, • Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners (including accounting firms), • Support administrative processes such as invoicing, payments tracking, and documentation, • Ensure financial and administrative workflows are properly managed (e.g., VAT filings, reporting, documentation preparation), • Prepare presentations and support quarterly reporting activities Member Relations • Build and maintain relationships with approximately 80 senior executives globally, • Provide ongoing support to members, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact, • Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness in all interactions Events Management • Plan and coordinate events (both virtual and in-person), including logistics, venues, and catering, • Manage end-to-end event execution, ensuring a high-quality experience, • Support facilitation and, when needed, act as moderator during sessions, • Coordinate with speakers, attendees, and external providers Requirements • Proven experience in operations, administration, and/or event management roles, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Experience handling invoicing, payments, and administrative processes, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior stakeholders, • Comfortable working in a fully remote and international environment, • Fluent English (B2–C1 required)
