About the job ¿Cuál será tu misión? Como Camarero (a) de Pisos, realizarás tareas rutinarias de limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones y zonas comunes, promoviendo una imagen positiva del hotel y atendiendo las peticiones y problemas de los huéspedes. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Limpiar y atender las habitaciones asignadas de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos establecidos, lo que incluye hacer las camas, quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, limpiar y desinfectar los baños, retirar la basura, etc. Cambiar y reponer la ropa de cama, las toallas, el minibar y las amenidades de los huéspedes, según sea necesario y/o de acuerdo con la periodicidad programada. Preparar las habitaciones asignadas a las necesidades y requerimientos especiales de los huéspedes (camas supletorias, cuna, etc.). Aprovisionar, mantener y transportar diariamente el carro de suministros de limpieza. Realizar la limpieza de las zonas comunes del hotel que tenga asignadas y mantener el orden y la buena imagen del mobiliario de dichas zonas. Apoyar a otros miembros del personal de planta en la limpieza y preparación de las habitaciones, en caso de urgencia, incidencia o necesidad. Responsabilidades clave: - Ayudar en el montaje y desmontaje del bar. - Reponer suministros del bar. - Lavar vasos y utensilios. - Levantar objetos pesados. - Ayudar en la limpieza general del bar. - Asistir a los bartenders. - Realizar tareas básicas de mantenimiento. - Colaborar en eventos especiales. - Informar a Supervisores y Managers sobre cualquier problema, solicitud, conflicto o incidente. - Servir una amplia variedad de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, incluyendo cócteles clásicos, bebidas personalizadas, y brebajes especiales que se alinean con el tema Volta Bar. - Prestar atención meticulosa a la presentación y consistencia de cada bebida antes de servirla. - Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional, interactuando con los clientes, anticipándose a sus necesidades y haciendo recomendaciones personalizadas de bebidas. - Participar activamente en los programas de formación y desarrollo y aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades de autodesarrollo. Requisitos: - Experiencia demostrada como Barman/Barback o en un puesto similar en un restaurante de alta gama o de gran afluencia. - Dominio del español y del inglés. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. - Capacidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y festivos.
