To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. El restaurante Teatro, precisa la incorporación de un coctelero/a para incorporarse a su profesional equipo de Backstage, nuestra coctelería situada en la puerta trasera del restaurante. Tareas y requisitos: - Gestionar operativa de coctelería: mice en place, mixers, mantenimiento de stock, etc… - Servir bebidas y cocktails. - Manejo de TPV. - Elaborar cócteles y servicio de bar de acuerdo a escandallos y fichas técnicas de cada receta. - Mantener limpia la barra, áreas de trabajo y utensilios de trabajo. - Mantener inventario y consumos de destilados y licores. - Tener experiencia mínima de 1 año como bartender o 2 años como ayudante de coctelero. - Imprescindible tener buena actitud y dotes de venta.
