The Roles We Are Hiring For
We are currently seeking part-time candidates for the following positions:
Bartenders / Barmaids: Crafting excellent drinks, maintaining high-speed service during peak hours, and keeping the bar energy alive.
Waiters / Waitresses: Delivering flawless floor service, managing tables, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guests have everything they need.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, welcoming, and high-energy experience for all guests.
Prepare and serve drinks or food efficiently while maintaining strict quality and presentation standards.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment (both behind the bar and on the floor).
Work collaboratively with the wider team—including DJs, security, and management—to ensure smooth event operations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or busy restaurant is highly preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; conversational Spanish or additional European languages are a massive plus given our international clientele.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm and smiling under pressure.
Availability: Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season.
EU Work Permit: Must be legally permitted to work in Spain.
