We're looking for an experienced Bartender / Head Bartender for Hinoki – Japanese Kitchen & Sushi, a new Japanese restaurant at Muelle Uno in Málaga.
You'll create beautiful drinks and premium cocktails with a Japanese touch, to match our sushi and Japanese cuisine. We're looking for someone with real experience behind the bar, a passion for mixology and an eye for elegant presentation.
