We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine for the opening of Casa METT Sitges. This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel. Main responsabilities: • Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new italian premium/fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other F&B Outlets., • Design and implement menus that reflect the region’s culinary identity with a modern and fresh twist., • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotel, • Manage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance., • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outlets., • Control kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiation., • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times., • Collaborate closely with hotel management, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
