This is an INTERNSHIP position. Before starting you MUST be eligible for “internship agreement” with your university or TopSpin will pay for a course to be able to do an internship. The Role You'll be on the front lines of the pipeline generation for our Clients — prospecting, running outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers. You'll work closely with senior operators and get hands-on exposure to how modern B2B sales is done at a growing international company. Key Responsibilities Research and build enriched lead lists using LinkedIn, CRM, and prospecting tools Run outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone targeting US buyers Personalize messaging based on buyer pain points and industry context Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the sales team Handle objections and learn how to guide conversations toward a next step Keep the CRM updated with activity, notes, and pipeline stages Test subject lines, messaging angles, and value props — and track what works Report on weekly metrics: reply rates, meetings booked, conversion rates What we're looking for Spanish: bilingual, English: working proficiency Strong written and verbal communication — clear, sharp, and persuasive Motivated to build a career in sales — hungry to learn and grow fast Proactive, organized, and consistent — able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or similar Bonus: Hands-on experience with CRM or outreach tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) What you'll get Real ownership and direct impact from day one Hands-on training in modern B2B prospecting, outreach, and sales operations Direct mentorship from experienced operators — real feedback, real growth A fast-moving startup where your ideas actually get heard Potential to convert to a full-time SDR role upon successful completion Interested?
