Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Present menus and explain Greek dishes, daily specials, and allergens
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Maintain clean and organised tables and service areas
- Process payments (cash & card)
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Fluent English and Spanish required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Ability to work under pressure in busy service periods
- Professional appearance
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
- Valid right to work in Spain
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean wines
