Food & Beverage Attendant at The Ritz‑Carlton Abama Resort, Tenerife. Full‑time, non‑management role. Responsibilities • Greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding dining experience., • Take accurate orders and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and specials., • Serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation., • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas., • Handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically., • Promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience., • Stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively. Qualifications • Natural ease in communication, making guests feel valued and understood from the first interaction., • Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining., • Enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a collaborative environment., • Passion for delivering thoughtful, accurate service., • Fluency in English and Spanish., • Valid work permit for Spain.
