Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - Receive, sort and distribute mail/daily deliveries - Manage complaints, arrival, departure and rest functions - Provide information to guests about facilities, events and services - Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance - Reception and classification of the daily mail - Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone/email - Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor passes) - Order receiving supplies and maintain a stock inventory - Update calendars and schedule meetings - Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare vouchers - Maintain up-to-date records of expenses and office costs - Perform other administrative receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing Your main qualifications/skills - Enthusiastic with a friendly personality - Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or similar role, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Customer service and professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Spa Massage Therapist Job Title: Spa Massage Therapist Reports to: Spa Manager Responsible for: Developing an excellent service to clients/ guests Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Massage Therapist Certification from an accredited massage therapy school Certificates in CPR and first aid High School Diploma; a degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is a plus Knowledge of various massage techniques, including therapeutic, sports, and relaxation massages Languages: English: Professional Level / Spanish: Professional Level Other languages are highly valued (French, German, Russian, Arabic) Principle scope and purpose of job: Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication, listening and computer skills Must be a team player Must have weekend availability Key tasks as follows: Guest/Operation Evaluate clients’ physical conditions and health history to determine suitable massage techniques Build individualized massage programs tailored to clients' needs and preferences Explain massage techniques in detail and suggest alternatives if needed Monitor clients' progress and adjust techniques accordingly Explain safe and proper use of spa facilities and equipment Lead both individual and group massage therapy sessions Stay updated on new massage techniques and trends Promote the spa’s packages and plans Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies Inform clients about spa safety and hygiene guidelines Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients Advise clients on how to improve their health and wellness through massage and related lifestyle changes People & Development Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low Develop a culture of excellence within the team Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa Be part of a creating and nurturing philosophy throughout the business to ensure a great team spirit Sales & Marketing Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationship with regular guests Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant as needed Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
