We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Service Staff member to join a luxury private villa in Ibiza for the upcoming season. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet and personalized service to an international UHNW clientele. The successful candidate will be part of a small, highly professional team dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience in a demanding and refined environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-level, personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience at all times, • Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards, maintaining impeccable presentation and service etiquette, • Prepare and maintain dining and service areas before, during and after each service, • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and discreet service experience, • Maintain a professional and polished environment throughout the property, • Coordinate closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations, • Receive and manage guest requests, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments, • Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of all service areas, • Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates: • Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments (private villas, luxury hotels, yachts or fine dining restaurants), • Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile international clients, • Advanced level of English is mandatory, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong attention to detail and service etiquette, • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand environment, • Professional appearance and discreet, service-oriented attitude, • High level of confidentiality and professionalism Conditions • Full-time position, • 6 months of contract, • Competitive salary, • End-of-season performance bonus based on individual and team performance, • Opportunity to work in an exclusive private property serving a high-level international clientele, • Accomodation
