Hub 983 acquires Papá Lolo, its first restaurant in the heart of Santa Catalina, the most active gastronomic district in Palma (Mallorca). This is the first in a series of venues that will gradually be added to the group, so there are real opportunities for career growth and development. We are looking for an experienced waiter/waitress for both dining room and bar service to join the founding team of the project. This is not a short-term vacancy—we want to hire someone with a professional profile, who understands the standard we aim to maintain and who can grow with the group. ✅** Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in dining room and customer service. Confident with tray handling and able to work at a fast pace. Bar experience (cocktail skills are a plus). Fluent Spanish and English (other languages are valued). Valid work permit. Punctuality, professionalism, and strong team spirit. 🕒 Conditions Full-time position. Salary according to the Balearic Islands hospitality collective agreement, plus performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing incentives. Work schedule: Monday off. Tuesday to Thursday: dinners only.
