We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer of industrial plastic parts and components to find an experienced Shift Leader for their injection molding operations. Your Mission Lead and inspire a high-performing team in the injection area, ensuring production goals are met in quality, quantity, and timing. You’ll be the go-to leader during your shift—driving operational excellence, machine performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will foster productivity, continuous improvement, and a safe, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Team Leadership • Supervise and guide operators and technicians during the shift., • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide real-time feedback., • Ensure production targets are achieved., • Review and adjust priorities based on the production plan., • Coordinate with technical teams for optimal machine performance., • Monitor injection machine performance and adherence to procedures., • Detect and address operational or quality issues., • Enforce safety standards and proper PPE usage., • Respond to incidents and report promptly. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 3–5 years in industrial environments (plastic injection preferred), plus experience in a supervisory role., • Technical Knowledge: Health, Safety & Environment protocols; MS Office proficiency., • Education: Technical or university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics/Polymer, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience)., • Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (B2/C1)., • Soft Skills: Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills; collaborative mindset; ability to inspire preventive safety culture.
