We are looking for a highly professional and customer oriented head waiter ( jefe de rango ) to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Take orders, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure the smooth operation of your assigned station.
- Serve food and pour wines/beverages according to fine dining standards.
- Supervise and assist the Commis Waiter (assistant) assigned to your section.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a head waiter or senior waiter in a high-end restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, including wine service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
