We are currently looking for two candidates to join our passionate and experienced team, candidates must have a high-level of experience working within Fine dining restaurants. 1 x 40 Hour Full Time - All Year round Contract. 1 x 20 Hour Part Time - All Year round Contract.

Rustica, Playa Flamenca is looking for a full time head chef to join our team. Full time contract, very competitive salary, excellent tips and a 5 day work week. This is to work along side our executive chef, running the pass and overseaing the kitchen. We are looking for a professional person who has a passion for food. We also serve a selections of starters and salads. Experience is an advantage training will be provided. We need someone to start immediately, there are full and part time hours available. We are looking for 1 more chef to complete our team at Rustica, Orihuela Costa. The ideal candidate is a professional who can keep up in a busy environment while keeping standards high. This is a full time, year round position with contract, salary, tips, holidays etc. The working language of thr restaurant is English so the candidate must speak it fluently.
