Responsabilidades principales • En coordinación con la Dirección Comercial Corporativa, definición e implementación de la estrategia comercial para grandes cuentas internacionales en los segmentos Corporate y MICE., • Identificación, captación y desarrollo de cuentas clave con presencia multinacional o global (Corporaciones multinacionales, Consortia, TMCs)., • Liderazgo en procesos de negociación complejos: RFPs globales, acuerdos marco internacionales, programas preferentes y contratos multi-país., • Gestión directa de un portfolio de cuentas estratégicas, asegurando crecimiento de producción, rentabilidad y penetración en la red hotelera., • Coordinación con equipos comerciales regionales y locales para la correcta implementación de acuerdos globales y alineación estratégica., • Análisis de performance de cuentas (KPIs, producción, market share, share of wallet) y definición de planes de acción, así como elaboración de reporting estratégico, previsiones y seguimiento de objetivos comerciales., • Representación de la compañía en ferias internacionales, workshops, roadshows y eventos del sector., • Desarrollo de relaciones de alto nivel con decisores clave Your benefits: *You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative, and responsible work environment, surrounded by the best colleagues. • Why limit yourself to one location when you can move between countries and work in different areas of the company? Exclusive agreements with different training and business schools Requisitos • Experiencia mínima de 5-7 años en ventas hoteleras, con al menos 2-3 años gestionando grandes cuentas internacionales o posiciones de responsabilidad., • Experiencia demostrada en negociación de RFPs globales, acuerdos multinacionales y cuentas estratégicas., • Conocimiento profundo del segmento Business Travel y MICE a nivel internacional., • Experiencia trabajando con TMCs globales (American Express GBT, CWT, BCD Travel, etc.) tanto en el área de Corporate transient como en MICE., • Alto nivel de interlocución y capacidad de negociación con perfiles senior., • Manejo avanzado de CRM y herramientas de análisis comercial., • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional. El/la Ejecutivo/a de Ventas Corporate será responsable de la captación, gestión y fidelización de cuentas corporativas, con el objetivo de maximizar los ingresos por alojamiento y servicios asociados (restauración, salas de reuniones, eventos corporativos), garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de la cadena hotelera en el segmento Business Travel. Requisitos: • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puesto similar, • Conocimiento sólido del mercado corporate y de los procesos de contratación hotelera., • Experiencia en negociación de tarifas, contratos y gestión de RFPs., • Aunque no es imprescindible, se valorará el conocimiento del CRM Salesforce, • Capacidad de análisis de datos comerciales y KPIs., • Disponibilidad para viajar según necesidades del puesto., • Inglés nivel alto (hablado y escrito) – Se valorarán otros idiomas (Francés) Responsabilidades principales: • Prospección, captación y desarrollo de nuevas cuentas corporativas a nivel local, nacional e internacional., • Gestión activa, ya sea de manera presencial o telemática (Telemarketing) y fidelización de la cartera de clientes corporate asignada., • Negociación de acuerdos comerciales y tarifas corporate (RFP, LRA, contratos marco, condiciones preferentes)., • Seguimiento de producción, análisis de resultados y detección de oportunidades de crecimiento., • Realización de visitas comerciales, presentaciones y reuniones con clientes clave., • Participación en ferias, workshops y eventos del sector corporativo., • Elaboración de informes comerciales periódicos de actividad y resultados., • Garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente y promover relaciones a largo plazo., • Apoyo en acciones comerciales internacionales, colaborando en la gestión de cuentas globales y campañas coordinadas con equipos comerciales de otros países., • Participación en iniciativas internacionales de captación y desarrollo de negocio, incluyendo acciones conjuntas con partners, TMCs y cuentas multinacionales.
