Media jornada – Servicio de mediodía, con posibilidad de jornada completa a largo plazo. Cocinamos con carbón. Estilo argentino. La parrilla es el centro de lo que hacemos, y necesitamos a alguien que sepa tratarla — y la carne que va encima. En qué consiste el trabajo • Llevas la parrilla durante el servicio de mediodía — desde el fuego hasta el plato, • Limpias y preparas los cortes antes del servicio: solomillo, entrecot, chuletón, pollos enteros — bien hecho, sin atajos, • Conoces las diferencias entre ternera, cerdo y pollo en una parrilla de carbón — temperatura, tiempos, reposo, • Dejas todo preparado para el servicio de la noche antes de las 16:00, • Las tareas generales de cocina forman parte del rol — no es solo una posición de parrilla, es una posición de cocina centrada en la parrilla Qué buscamos • Experiencia real en la parrilla — no que te suene, que te sea cómoda, • Alguien que conozca los cortes y sepa limpiarlos, • Acostumbrado/a al carbón y a la parrilla estilo argentina, • Conocimientos generales de cocina — higiene, organización, preparación básica, • Fiable. We cook with charcoal. Argentine style. The grill is the centre of what we do, and we need someone who knows how to handle it — and the meat that goes on it. What the job involves - You run the grill during lunch service — from fire to plate - You clean and prep the cuts before service: sirloin, entrecôte, chuletón, whole chickens — done properly, no shortcuts - You know the differences between beef, pork and chicken on a charcoal grill — temperature, timing, resting - You have everything ready for the evening service before 16:00 - General kitchen tasks are part of the role — this isn’t just a grill position, it’s a kitchen position centred on the grill What we’re looking for - Real grill experience — not just familiar with it, genuinely comfortable on it - Someone who knows the cuts and knows how to prep them - Used to charcoal and Argentine-style grilling - General kitchen knowledge — hygiene, organisation, basic prep - Reliable.
