As a waiter you are responsible for good customer service. Greeting guest, taking orders, serving food and drinks and ensuring a nice experience where the guest have the time of their life. We are a small international team at the first line next to the beach. We have a lot of britisch, german and dutch guest. It would help if you speak 2 of the 3 languages. This position is to cover 2 nights per week AT THE WEEKENDS. Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Check accommodations, make sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival, and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate Required to welcome our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, and ensure that the public areas are kept clean and tidy Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion Must be able to perform the full night audit Oversee preparation of daily summary reports Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life safety procedures. 867€/month Meals during the shift are provided, uniform provided. Department: Reception About you Must be living in Mallorca, and have a car. Must be prepared to work at the WEEKENDS. This position is to cover 2 nights per week at the weekend. Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and other languages are advantages. A good personality and charm are important to the Night Manager in the way to represents himself on behalf of hotel management. Previous Front Office experience in a supervisory/management capacity in a Mid-scale or Luxury property is required. Previous customer service and general computer experience required Languages required: English and Spanish.
