Our concept blends Mediterranean flavours with a modern café experience, offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, and pizza in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Position: Pastry Chef The Role We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team and craft high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, • Develop and refine recipes in line with our Mediterranean café concept, • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items, • Manage ingredient preparation, baking schedules, and kitchen workflow, • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies, • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role, • Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, • Creativity and passion for desserts and presentation, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, • Team player with good communication skills, • Competitive salary based on experience, • Friendly and supportive working environment, • Opportunities for growth and development
