Desde Escudellar Arroz y Más, buscamos una persona para que trabaje en nuestro food truck en la temporada de Verano en la Comunidad de Madrid y alrededores y los fines de semana que NO haya evento, trabajaría en uno de nuestros locales. Se trabajaría los días de eventos (normalmente de viernes a domingo) en el Food truck y cuando no haya evento en alguno de nuestros locales. Un food truck de arroces, en el que se debe: - Calcular Stocks - Cocinar - Organizar el evento Desde la marca os daremos toda la infraestructura y apoyo necesario pero buscamos un encargado-cocinero para llevar nuestro food truck a la mejor versión posible!!! Seguir normas de conservación para la correcta manipulación de todos los productos alimenticios a la temperatura adecuada. - Asignaciones puntuales del Control de algunos de los objetivos en la gestión de productos: Pedidos, inventarios, cuadros de producción y mermas - Ayuda en la Creación y carga en el sistema de las recetas y fichas técnicas - Habilidades en los métodos de preparación, cocción y decoración de platos - Preparar, cocinar y presentar los productos de uso culinario - Flexibilidad para trabajar en todas las líneas según sea necesario - Controlar y cuidar de la conservación y aprovechamiento de los productos puestos a su disposición - Recogida y limpieza de la cocina. - Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión - JORNADA: Parcial 20 a 30 horas o Completa 40 horas - HORARIO: SEGUIDO Y PARTIDO, 2 DÍAS LIBRES SEMANA - CONTRATO: Indefinido - SALARIO: 1400€ BRUTOS / MES más variable
