Key Responsibilities • Lead and grow strategic accounts within the aesthetics sector, • Develop tailored sales strategies that drive revenue and market share, • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion efforts, • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize account performance, • Use CRM tools and market data to inform decisions and improve outcomes Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field, • 5–7 years of sales experience within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, • Minimum 3 years in a senior sales/key account management role, • Solid understanding of injectable-based treatments or aesthetic procedures, • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, • Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven sales planning, • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
