Looking for A technical delivery leader who can own the end-to-end success of AI agent deployments at the largest banks and fintechs in Europe. You will build the delivery function, set the methodology, and ensure every deployment drives measurable operational impact for our clients. What you will do • Build and lead Triple’s AI Delivery team: hire, develop, and manage a team of delivery professionals who ensure every AI agent deployment succeeds in production, • Own the delivery methodology from scoping and discovery through go-live, optimization, and expansion, creating a repeatable framework that scales across dozens of concurrent bank deployments, • Serve as the senior technical advisor to client executives (Heads of Operations, Risk, Payments, Cards), building trust and translating operational challenges into AI-driven solutions, • Define and track deployment success metrics (automation rate, resolution accuracy, processing time, loss reduction) and drive continuous improvement across all live clients, • Manage complex, multi-workstream deployments involving engineering, product, compliance, and client teams across different time zones and regulatory environments, • Build the knowledge base: deployment playbooks, configuration best practices, escalation frameworks, and training materials that accelerate every future onboarding, • Act as the voice of the client internally, surfacing product gaps, scalability concerns, and feature requests that shape the roadmap What you need • 7+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership in fintech or financial services, • At least 2 years of experience managing or building a delivery team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management, • Deep understanding of banking operations, payments infrastructure, or dispute and chargeback workflows, • Technical depth: you can engage meaningfully with engineering discussions, review integration architectures, and troubleshoot deployment issues without depending on others, • Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships at banks and regulated institutions, • Experience defining and scaling delivery processes in a high-growth environment where the playbook does not yet exist, • Strong project management instincts with the ability to keep multiple concurrent deployments on track, • English fluency required.
