Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale We’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to serve as a strategic engine for the company. You won't just be "crunching numbers"; you will be allocating the capital that fuels our global mission. You will translate high-level strategic roadmaps into rigorous financial blueprints, acting as a key advisor to the CFO and ExCo. What you'll be doi • ngTranslating Revolut’s strategic plans (company-wide and departmental) from high-level roadmaps into complex, ambitious financial pla, • nsSetting annual budgets for Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, New Products, New Markets and anything else requiring investment to ensure we maximise long term RoE or R, • oIMonitoring financial performance across all departments and budgets; developing insightful analysis to understand financial performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaig, • nsCreating a structured approach to answer the hard questions, for example; How much should we spend on marketing? How do we determine the performance of business unit? What indirect PNL should we track? e, • tcDeciding which financial and growth metrics to set as KPIs across the entire organization to set incentives and maximise performan, • ceUsing and creating AI-driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitori, • ngWorking on high-impact special projects directly for the CF O.
