You can also enjoy coffee, infusions, and fresh fruit every day. /liliYou will get a strong50% discount /strong on our collections. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements /pulliDegree in Fashion Design or related field /liliPrevious experience of minimum 5 years in fashion design /liliStrong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniques /liliAbility to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designs /liliAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop /liliHigh level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awareness /liliStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines /liliProactive attitude and strong teamwork mindset /liliFluent Spanish English /li /ulpbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDesign and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needs /liliCreate mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collections /liliResearch trends, fabrics, materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposals /liliWork closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategy /liliFollow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrity /liliCollaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs /liliPrepare technical documentation and support fittings when required /liliMonitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvements /liliEnsure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes /li /ul
