ph3Project Manager – Water Treatment Construction /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute complex industrial projects within the water treatment and construction environment. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial definition through to commissioning and start‑up, maintaining a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. /p h3How You'll Make an Impact /h3 ul liBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. /li liLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. /li liCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. /li liAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. /li liEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day‑to‑day contact on project status and changes. /li liEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. /li liDevelop and maintain partnerships with third‑party resources, including vendors and consultants, as well as erection and safety coordinators. /li liAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. /li liReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. /li liTrack and monitor performance of projects in execution, assuring adherence to KPIs such as time, quality, and cost. /li liAssure correct handover of information to the MO Team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering. /li liMore than 10 years of experience in managing projects involving erection, construction, commissioning, and start‑up. /li liProven experience managing projects that involve civil works. /li liProven experience managing, reviewing, and validating main engineering documents necessary to develop water treatment plants such as PID, PFD, mass balance, piping drawings, isometrics, wiring diagram, logic diagram, control narrative. /li liProven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources. /li liStrong communication skills: fluent written and verbal English and French. /li liAwareness of safety and environmental aspects of European legislation as well as CE certification requirements. /li liAwareness of main ISO Quality Assurance requirements. /li liFamiliarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent. /li liSynthesis and pragmatic approach. /li liAgile mindset able to approach multidisciplinary topics. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. /li liProven success working with all levels of management. /li liProfessional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. /li /ul h3About Ecolab /h3 pAt Ecolab, we prioritize a talent‑first philosophy by creating the most capable and diverse team to excel at our nearly three million customer sites worldwide.
