Customer Service Agent – German market- SITE MADRID - Eurofirms

Buscamos incorporar de manera inmediata un/a Gestor/a de recuperación y fidelización de clientes para trabajar en importante empresa del sector salud. La persona seleccionada se encargará de realizar llamadas telefónicas, inicialmente para control de calidad y posteriormente para recuperación de clientes, por lo que buscamos un perfil con alta orientación al cliente y marcada actitud comercial. Condiciones del contrato: • Tipo de contrato: Temporal (2 meses), • Jornada: 25 horas semanales, • Horario: De 9:30 a 14:30 o de 10:00 a 15:00 (flexibilidad de media hora), • Incorporación: Inmediata, • Salario mensual aproximado 1077 - 1100€ brutos mes., • Requisitos:, • Catalán bilingüe (imprescindible), • Experiencia en atención telefónica y orientación comercial, • Habilidades comunicativas y proactividad
