Job Details:
✅ Position: Customer Service Representative (Inbound Calls)
✅ Main Task: Handling German-speaking customer inquiries and managing hotel reservations
✅ Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinido) with a 2-month probation period
✅ Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (39h/week) + €1,500 sign-on bonus
✅ Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday (weekends alternating)
✅ Training: On-site in Málaga (21/03/2025, 09:00 – 18:00), included within the contract
✅ Location: Lehmberg Ruiz 21, Distrito Centro, 29016 Málaga
Additional Benefits:
💰 Travel Expenses: Reimbursement up to €200 for travel costs (train, plane, etc.).
📌 Important: Keep your ticket to claim the amount. The refund is processed after 3 months of employment (not applicable if you leave before).
🏡 Financial Aid for Housing: €300 - €400/month (gross) for the first 3 months in Spain to assist with accommodation.
📌 Requirement: This must be used for relocation to Málaga, and an invoice or proof of payment for accommodation is required.
