Role Overview As part of a high-performing and collaborative commercial team, you will be responsible for enhancing the competitiveness and availability of hotel products within your assigned portfolio, driving overall commercial performance. Key Responsibilities • Renegotiate commercial agreements with hotel partners to improve availability, pricing, and promotional offers, • Optimise product performance by applying data-driven actions and prioritising initiatives based on company dashboards, • Secure additional availability and exclusive offers, ensuring accurate and timely system loading by suppliers, • Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to align on strategy, share insights, and drive operational efficiency, • Maintain proactive, daily communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships and maximise opportunities Requirements & Skills • Proven experience in contracting, sales, account management, or a commercial role within travel, hospitality, or a related industry, • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence commercial outcomes, • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and translate insights into actions, • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities, • High level of organisation and attention to detail, particularly in managing product and system updates, • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, • Experience working with commercial or booking systems is desirable At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
