Dependiente/a de Tienda - JOHO Ice Paradise Santa Ponsa - Costa de la Calma

Join JOHO Ice Paradise, a fun and fast-growing ice cream brand in Mallorca! We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team on a 24-hour per week contract.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Prepare coffees, milkshakes and other drinks.
• Keep the shop clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Serve customers efficiently during busy periods.
• Handle payments and operate the till.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus).
• Friendly, positive and hard-working.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
