Join JOHO Ice Paradise Palma, a fun and fast-growing ice cream brand in Mallorca! We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team on a 20-hour per week contract.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Prepare coffees, milkshakes and other drinks.
- Keep the shop clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Serve customers efficiently during busy periods.
- Handle payments and operate the till.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus).
- Friendly, positive and hard-working.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
