ph3Position Overview /h3 pAs a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization, with a particular focus on IT infrastructure, connectivity, and managed services initiatives. Working closely with customers, Sales, Project Managers, and technical teams, you will help coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within the agreed scope and budget. /p pYou will also support effective communication across departments, keeping stakeholders informed of relevant updates, changes, risks, or dependencies. In addition, you will help organize project reporting, schedule and prepare meetings, and maintain project documentation, tools, and status updates to support Project Managers and ensure consistent project governance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist Project Managers with the planning and implementation of projects. /li liHelp coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors to support project execution. /li liTrack project progress, actions, risks, dependencies, and deadlines. /li liIdentify, assess, and elevate project risks or blockers to Project Managers. /li liCreate and maintain project documentation and project management tools with accurate and up-to-date information. /li liReport changes in project scope, schedule, or costs to Project Managers. /li liMaintain effective communication and working relationships with customers, vendors, vessel representatives, and internal project teams. /li liSupport coordination around vessel schedules, operational windows, port calls, dry docks, or maintenance periods where applicable. /li liEnsure tasks assigned by Project Managers are delivered on time, within scope, and according to expected quality standards. /li liSupport the preparation of project reports, meeting minutes, action lists, and status updates. /li liSupport the delivery of project outcomes that meet internal quality standards and client expectations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducational background preferably in computer science, engineering, telecommunications, business administration, or a related field. /li liBasic understanding of project management phases, methodologies, techniques, and tools. /li liStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail. /li liStrong follow‑up discipline, with the ability to track actions, dependencies, deadlines, and blockers across parallel workstreams. /li liProactive problem‑solving mindset and a positive can-do attitude. /li liAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, customers, and company employees. /li liStrong client‑facing written and verbal communication skills in English. /li liStrong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. /li liBasic understanding of network and security principles, protocols, and technologies to effectively coordinate with technical teams. /li liAbility to understand and explain technical procedures or project updates to customers and non‑technical stakeholders. /li /ul h3Desired Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts, IT cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity is a plus. /li liKnowledge of telecommunications, VSAT, Starlink, or maritime networking environments is a plus. /li liMaritime, cruise and yachting industry knowledge is a plus. /li liKnowledge of cruise operations, vessel lifecycle, dry dock/refit environments, or fleet rollout projects is a plus. /li liPrevious experience in project coordination, service delivery, technical support, logistics, or customer‑facing technical roles is a plus. /li /ul h3Desired
