Intro Wildhood is at the stage where inbound demand exists, but conversion speed is the bottleneck. This role owns that acceleration. We’re hiring a B2B sales representative to grow Wildhood within premium and luxury hotels. You’ll work a mix of inbound leads and proactive outbound, progressing real opportunities into signed agreements. Who this is for • Fluent Spanish + English, • 2–6 years B2B sales experience (hospitality or adjacent), • Comfortable with senior hotel decision-makers, • Commercial, proactive, structured, • Based in Barcelona area; willing to work from Sitges office 3+ days/week What you’ll do • Work inbound leads and actively enhance them toward decisions, • Build relationships with hotel GMs and Management Teams, • Ask for referrals, DMU access, and next meetings, • Combine inbound, referrals, and proactive outreach where it accelerates deals, • Run deals end-to-end: qualify → pitch → proposal → agreement, • Handle pricing and objections confidently (Average initial deal size ~€4k, with repeat orders, expansions, and multi-property potential.), • Maintain a clean, structured sales pipeline in Pipedrive Compensation • Good base salary + strong OTE, • Commission paid on signed deals If you want to learn more about this role and apply, copy this link into your browser:
