Interim Packaging Manager (Spanish-Speaking) – 2-Month Contract Location: Salas, Spain Rate: Up to €100 per hour Duration: Up to 2 months (immediate start preferred) We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Packaging Manager to support a factory start-up phase in Salas, Spain. This is a short-term contract role requiring strong operational expertise and the ability to guide and support on-site teams during a critical ramp-up period. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on leadership and technical support across packaging operations, • Guide and support the local supervisor and team in running packaging lines efficiently, • Oversee and optimise the operation of:, • 4 case packers, • 7 flow packers, • 1 cup filler, • 2 palletisers, • Ensure smooth coordination of staff and machinery during the start-up phase, • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical solutions quickly, • Support process organisation, workflow efficiency, and team capability building Requirements: • Proven experience in packaging operations within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, • Strong hands-on knowledge of packaging machinery and line management, • Experience working in start-up or scale-up factory environments is highly desirable, • Ability to lead, coach, and support supervisors and operational teams, • Basic Spanish language skills required, • Must be available on-site in Salas, Spain for the duration of the contract What We Offer: • Competitive rate, • Opportunity to play a key role in a factory start-up environment, • Dynamic, fast-paced project with immediate impact If you have the expertise and availability to step into a critical support role and drive packaging operations forward, we’d like to hear from you.
