If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDesign embedded software algorithms and control strategies for ECM and hybrid vehicle control systems. /li liTranslate system functional requirements into software specifications aligned with internal standards and architectures. /li liDevelop and maintain SW specifications according to project timelines and quality requirements. /li liCreate functional and dysfunctional validation plans and test strategies. /li liPerform MIL (Model‑in‑the‑Loop) validation activities, including test case development and reporting. /li liSupport calibration teams by providing methods, datasets and software‑related documentation. /li liPrepare technical reports and communicate development progress to stakeholders. /li liContribute to software development, validation, troubleshooting, capitalization and vehicle/bench validation activities. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liA proven track record in embedded software development and validation; experience with Model‑Based Design (MATLAB/Simulink) and embedded software architectures is highly valued. /li liA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering; Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems or Computer Engineering backgrounds are preferred. /li liExcellent skills in software design and validation methods for embedded systems, as well as technical documentation and reporting. Good understanding of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), hybrid powertrains and their control systems, including combustion, air management, after‑treatment and torque management. /li liStrong competencies in problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.
