Now, they’re looking for a Senior EHS Engineer to lead and elevate environmental, health, and safety standards across Iberia. Your Impact: As a Senior EHS Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies aligned with Spanish and EU regulations, • Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards, • Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, • Driving a strong safety culture through training and awareness programes, • Monitoring environmental performance and promoting sustainability initiatives, • Acting as a key point of contact with local authorities and stakeholders on EHS matters What We’re Looking For: • Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or similar, • Previous experience in an EHS role (ideally within renewable energy or industrial sectors), • Strong knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and international standards, • Certified in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (essential), • ISO 9001 certification is a strong plus (not essential), • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, • Fluent Spanish with a good level of English., • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup in Madrid, • Willingness to travel 40–50% to customer sites across the region Why Join? • Be part of a global leader in renewable energy technology, • Play a key role in shaping a safe, sustainable future, • Work in an international, fast-growing environment with strong career development opportunities, • Collaborate with passionate teams driving innovation in clean power Next Steps: Ready to make a difference in the future of energy?
