International Expansion Manager Southern Europe & Global Brands - Fitness24Seven ABOUT THE ROLE Fitness24Seven is one of Europe's fastest-growing gym chains. Since 2003 F24S has grown from one gym in Malmö to more than 300 sites in 5countries - Sweden, Norway, Finland, Colombia and Thailand, sites that are operating 24/7. As part of our continued international expansion, we are building out a portfolio concepts — including The I/O and other premium brands — in key global markets. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded International Expansion Manager to spearhead our property search across southern Spain, and to coordinate and support global location scouting for our new premium brands. You will work closely with the Expansion Director and a network of local Expansion Managers to identify, evaluate, and secure prime locations across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. This role will be based in Marbella Spain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fitness24Seven — Southern Spain • Lead and manage the property search for new Fitness24Seven gym locations across southern Spain., • Identify, evaluate, and shortlist suitable premises in target markets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational requirements., • Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, landlords, and property developers. The I/O — Location Scouting & Coordination • Lead the search for The I/O locations in the Marbella area, Barcelona, and Palma; coordinate a potential Pop-Up concept in Ibiza., • Drive and coordinate international location searches for The I/O in collaboration with local Expansion Managers and the Expansion Director, covering among other:, • Bogotá, Colombia, • Bangkok, Thailand, • Ensure alignment of property requirements with brand concept, customer experience goals, and commercial viability. Other premium brands — Location Scouting & Coordination • Lead the search for the right location in the Marbella area., • Drive and coordinate international location searches for other premium brands in collaboration with local Expansion Managers and the Expansion Director, covering among other:, • Bangkok, Thailand, • Stockholm, Sweden, • Gothenburg, Sweden, • Maintain a consistent standard for site evaluation, due diligence, and reporting across all markets. Cross-Functional Coordination • Act as the central point of contact for all property searches across assigned brands and markets., • Work proactively with the Expansion Director to align on strategy, priorities, and timelines., • Coordinate and follow up with regional Expansion Managers to ensure momentum and progress across all active searches., • Prepare regular status updates, site reports, and recommendations for senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of experience in real estate, retail or hospitality expansion, or commercial property., • Proven track record of sourcing and securing commercial premises in competitive markets., • Experience working across multiple international markets is strongly preferred., • Strong project management and coordination skills — ability to drive multiple searches simultaneously., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish., • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment., • Passion for fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a plus.
