We are looking for a Facialist / Massage Therapist to join our Sook SkinCare studio in Barcelona. We are seeking someone with excellent presence, a strong client-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for wellness and skincare, able to deliver a premium and highly personalized experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong personal presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and well-organized profile
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and client experience
- Team player with leadership attitude in customer experience
- Experience in facials, massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, or aesthetic treatments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Performing facials and/or massage treatments
- Providing personalized client care and recommendations
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and studio spaces
- Ensuring a high-end client experience at all times
- Supporting memberships, events, and overall client journey
- Advising clients on treatments and skincare routines based on their needs
