This role is tailored for a charismatic, wine-versed professional who thrives in high-energy environments, especially when engaging with larger groups such as golf parties and international clientele. What we’re looking for: • Strong wine knowledge: You don’t need to be a sommelier, but you should be able to confidently talk grapes, regions, pairings, and make solid recommendations with ease. • Charisma & confidence: This is a guest-facing, sales-driven role. You’ll need to read the room, carry a table, and guide guests through the beverage experience in a way that’s both warm and compelling. • Upselling ability: You’re not just serving drinks — you’re elevating the experience and increasing value, one well-placed suggestion at a time. • Team spirit: You work with others, not around them. We need someone who contributes to a smooth shift, supports colleagues, and steps in where needed. • Personality with integrity: We value character. You should be self-motivated, honest, kind, and eager to grow — someone who lifts the atmosphere simply by showing up. Hostess for Summer Season Own method of transport is necessary, as we’re just outside of La Cala. We’re looking for a warm, well-presented hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent presence, a kind and professional telephone manner, and a genuine willingness to learn our systems. A natural sense of timing and coordination is essential, as you’ll help plan and guide the flow of the evening. Fluency in English is a must. Experience is valued, but attitude is everything.
