We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join a growing hospitality group expanding in the United States. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency., • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and consistency., • Drive sales performance and commercial initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability., • Monitor key operational KPIs including guest satisfaction, labor productivity, and cost control., • Ensure strong team culture and engagement, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement., • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business development opportunities., • Maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and brand experience., • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline., • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
