We are looking for Customer Service Agents for German-speaking customer support for a company in the contact‑center sector. The selected candidate will carry out the following functions:
- Customer service in German for clients of a car‑rental company.
- Incident resolution.
- Management of issues related to contracts, vehicle replacement, and breakdowns.
- Other tasks related to the position.
- Process requests coming from different channels (e-mail, workflow tasks, portals, internal departments) in a fast and structured way.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00
- Required languages: German + English
- Interviews and initial training are conducted entirely in English
The expected starting date is TBC (June)
Contract conditions:
- Temporary contract of 4 months through EUROFIRMS (ETT), + incorporation to the company
- Remote within Spain
