RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
Crear experiencias de huésped excepcionales y personalizadas desde la pre-llegada hasta la post-salida.
Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los huéspedes, anticipándose a sus necesidades y superando sus expectativas.
Interactuar proactivamente con los huéspedes para comprender sus preferencias y adaptar las experiencias en consecuencia.
Coordinar con varios departamentos del hotel para garantizar viajes de huéspedes sin problemas.
Atender las consultas, peticiones y comentarios de los huéspedes de forma rápida y profesional.
Resolver las quejas y los problemas de los huéspedes con eficacia, garantizando la satisfacción de los huéspedes.
Mantener un conocimiento profundo de los servicios, instalaciones y atracciones locales del hotel.
Ayudar a planificar y ejecutar eventos especiales y actividades para huéspedes.
Recopilar y analizar los comentarios de los huéspedes para identificar áreas de mejora.
Fomentar un ambiente acogedor e inclusivo para todos los huéspedes.

About you
REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A
Experiencia demostrada en un puesto de atención al huésped, preferiblemente en un entorno hotelero de lujo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
Sólidas capacidades de organización y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
Dominio del software de gestión hotelera (PMS) y del paquete Microsoft Office.
Dominio del inglés esencial; se valoran los idiomas adicionales.
Sólidos conocimientos de las atracciones, eventos y servicios locales.
Experiencia en Pre-Apertura es un plus.
Competencias
