Location: Madrid City Center Responsibilities: - Leading groups of up to 20 individuals with a friendly and outgoing demeanor. - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the tour. - Experiencing satisfaction in both the process of learning and the act of teaching.
