Head of housekeeping - Spirit of Son Fuster

Luxury villa in Alaró/Mallorca is looking for a person in charge of the housekeeping department. This is an all year around position.

About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the villa is always in excellent conditions while either used by the owner or guests. During the season (April - October and Christmas period) two additional staff members will join the housekeeping team.

The tasks are:
Cleaning of the interior and outside terraces
Coordination of the housekeeping department during the season 
Coordination of handymen and technicians
Handling incoming goods and post office
Ordering of all non food consumables for daily operations
Handling in-house laundry and coordination of external laundry

We are looking for:
Hard working person with proven work experience of minimum 5 years on a boat or private villa 
Experienced in handling high quality materials
Attention to detail and highly organized
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Resident on Mallorca
