🎯We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and brand development of our restaurant project in Barcelona.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only comfortable running campaigns, but knows how to build a strong brand, create demand, grow a community, and turn creative ideas into measurable business results.
🚀What you’ll do
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the restaurant.
- Own brand positioning, communication and tone of voice.
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns and special projects.
- Lead the restaurant’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Develop the content strategy and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and other creatives.
- Build relationships with influencers, local media and key opinion leaders.
- Create collaborations, events and activations that attract new audiences.
- Track marketing performance and use data to optimize campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with the restaurant’s operations and leadership teams to drive traffic, brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage the marketing budget and external agencies/freelancers.
🚀What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, retail or a consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent sense of branding, visual communication and content.
- A creative, proactive person who can come up with ideas and turn them into reality.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- English — professional working proficiency. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Experience working with the Barcelona market is a plus.
